Like most 3 year old, Annabelle, has a TON of energy. My mom often tells me she is just like I was as a child, going from the moment she gets up and doesn't stop until her head hits the pillow! We wanted to get her into an activity to allow her an outlet to get her energy out and gymnastics seemed like a good fit.
The first session was hilarious! Josh and I sat in the chairs watching and laughing to ourselves. She was all over the place. The gym over stimulated her and she had a hard time focusing. She didn't quite get follow the leader and would run out of line to come tell us things like how the other little girl also had a purple leotard. Our favorite moment of the night was when she yelled across the room to us saying, "I just picked a rose!" Those of you who know us well will get that one!
She has had 2 more sessions since and is getting the routine and how to follow the leader and the teacher. We are so proud of her and it is really cool to see how quickly she is learning things! The best part is she really loves it too and she gets so excited to go!

Love the photos and the video! What a fun way to channel her energy! She really does remind me of you as a child. Whatever you did, you did with JOY and Excitement! She's going to be a great big sister!

Steve said she is looking like katelyn! I agree they resemble each other a lot. that is so fun she gets excited to go. so glad!
