Well this week, I gave Shannon $10 and some coupons to see how much stuff she could get Annabelle at Giant Eagle. You will never believe it!! She purchased 36 items: graduate meals, 3 spill proof cups, throw away cups, baby plates, baby food, finger foods, cereal, and diapers. The total for the items came to $91.53. Shannon payed, get this.....$6.91!! She saved over 92%. I have the receipt to prove it!! I tried to take a picture of it, but it wouldn't turn out!!!

Here's how I do it...
Check out hotcouponworld.com they have tons of coupons and tips that will help anyone save.
Try to find a grocery store that double's coupons, we are lucky to have Giant Eagle who doubles up to $1 coupons...and they allow you to keep the overage on coupons (for example, if you buy something that is .90 and you have a .50 coupon they double the coupon to 1.00 and allow you to use the other .10 toward another item. You can also combine coupons at many stores by using manufacturers coupons in conjuntion with store coupons. And join all the reward programs you can, Giant Eagle has a baby rewards program that has already given me $15 in gift certificates for any baby items and I have saved over $180 on gas with their gas rewards program...this shopping and coupon clipping takes time, but it's worth it if you are on a tight budget :)
Sorry this is so long!
