Ready Reader

Annabelle loves to read with us! She really loves The Very Busy Spider, because it has us making a lot of animal noises. Her favorite is the rooster, she loves when we say Cook-a-doodle-do! She also loves books that she can interact with, as you can see in the video. Sometimes she is more interested in eating them than reading them, as you will see!

This first book she is looking at is a Christmas book.
Caught trying to Read
Here she is reading The Very Busy Spider.
She loves to flip the pages.

Here she is reading a book called Ocean Friends.
She loves that on each page she gets to open something.
She knows just where to open on each page!

(Listen real close at the end, you might hear Bye-Bye)

Yummy Yogurt....REALLY!

I read in a book that at this age Annabelle can be trying some adult foods like yogurt and cottage cheese. So yesterday while grocery shopping I picked up some Vanilla yogurt. We fed her some as her dessert last night and she couldn't get enough of it! Of course, tonight when I decided to video her she got all fussy on me. But she really does like it! :-)

Awesome Auntie Em

Annabelle's Auntie Em came to visit us this past weekend. We had such a great time with her. On Saturday Auntie Em babysat Annabelle while I was working at Sylvan. Then we went out to lunch with Shannon, Casey and Harley. Afterwards, we went shopping, which is something Emily and I do very well, even if there is no money to spend! We had a blast and are thankful for the time Em got to spend with us. Here are some pics from our weekend!

Auntie Em took this pic and I love it!

Michigan Mystification

How do we lose to Appalachian State and then own 10th ranked PSU? I guess because we just have their number (they're 0-9 against MI, and yet still remind us that, they are... Penn State). Plus Todd and I were there to help out the fellas. My apologies to all my beloved family members who are staunch PSU fans. I'm sure you understand :-)
Our seats are within spittin distance of the PSU band. We didn't spit though.
The double squadoosh.

Fourth and goal late in the second half. This is what we come to see.

I got caught up in the moment. Cut me some slack.

Everyone is happy when we got home!
Well, except Em who is a Penn State fan!

Fort Fun

While Mommy was out at work, Daddy created a fort for Annabelle to play in. Daddy would put her in at one end, and then he'd crawl in at the other end and call her. She would slowly go in and make her way through the fort. I had to take a pic of their fun!

Her face is priceless!

Captivating Crawler-Climber

Annabelle has been climbing on things and able to stand holding onto whatever it is at the moment she is climbing on. I was so thankful last night to finally capture it with the camera! It is so exciting watching your little one go from crawling to climbing. She works so hard, and doesn't give up! I am so proud of her! Go Annabelle!

First Finger Food!

Today we decided to give Annabelle some biter buscuits after breakfast! She knew just what to do with it and REALLY liked it! However, after she was done she needed a tubby! Look and see!

My first bites, or licks!
Ymmm....this is good!
(If you click on the picture to enlarge it you
can see her two bottom teeth really well!)

Mommy never lets me get this messy!
Oh, Man! Now I need a tubby!

Weekend Wedding

This past weekend we went to another wedding. That makes 2 weekends in a row for the Wilson family! I am so bummed because I've been wanting to get a family picture with us all dressed up and both times I forgot! When you are the one always behind the camera that is very easy to do. Anyway, a young couple in our church got married! We are so excited for them!

Congrats Beth and Tim!

Newest New York Yankee!

Here she is our New York Yankee fan!!

The Wilson's sent this to Annabelle recently since she didn't have any Yankee gear! If only we could find Daddy's jersey so we could get another pic of them together in their sports outfits! How happy does this kid look rooting for the Yanks!?

She even enjoys Daddy's Blanket that Granny made!

Dolled up for Daycare

Today was Annabelle's first day of daycare. We are very happy with Miss Cindy and how she cared for Annabelle. Since I went to work early this morning, Daddy dropped her off and I got to pick her up. She seemed very happy when I picked her up!

Grandma Wilson bought me this adorable outfit!
Mommy thinks I look great in this color!

These pics were actually taken the night
before, when we got the outfit!
Aunty Em bought be the cool shoes!

Trying to kiss Daddy!
This was right before bed! We were putting on

Church Camp Out

Every year about 100 people from our church go up to Apple Creek Campground in the Irish Hills of Michigan. Last year, Josh and I drove back and forth everyday, which is about a 40 minute drive. This year a family from our church so humbly gave up their camper for us and stayed in a tent! It wasn't like being a camper, more like being home! Annabelle did fairly well. She had her first 2 teeth pop through, and was up for about 3 hours one of the nights crying off and on!

Here is Collage of our weekend. There are pics of the
camper, Chinese Auction, eating and making bracelets!
(Click on the collage to view it larger)

This is the Jennings Family who let us use their camper!
What an enourmous blessing they are! (two kids are missing)

Annabelle in an outfit Grandma Wilson recently got her!
It is so stlyish and she looks adorable!

Annabelle is a favorite among the older people in the church.
Here is how they entertained her! She loved it!
